摘　　要：实现可持续发展,是国家推行经济和社会发展的战略选择,也是企业发展战略的重要内容。作为我国特大型企业集团,首钢要实现可持续发展,必须全面推进战略性结构调整,必须加大环境保护和治理力度,必须建设以人为本的现代企业文化。To realize sustainable development is the strategy and selection to promote national economic and social development, which is the important content of enterprise development strategy. As the out-sized enterprise, the Capital Iron and Steel Company, aiming at realizing sustainable development, must promote the all-round strategic structure adjustment, strengthen the protection and harness of environment and establish enterprise culture which is humanity-oriented.
