摘 要:介绍了柠檬酸生产废水的来源及特征,并对柠檬酸废水生物处理、发酵法和光合细菌处理的技术现状及进展进行了述评。采用厌氧、好氧工艺处理柠檬酸废水,COD去除率高,可实现废水达标排放。发酵法和光合细菌(PSB)法可充分利用柠檬酸废水中的有效成分,生产的单细胞蛋白(SCP)和PSB营养丰富,作为饲料添加剂可促进禽畜和鱼类的生长,增强其抗病能力。发酵法和PSB法是实现柠檬酸生产废物资源化的重要途径。The source and quality of citric acid-production wastewater are introduced,and the current technologies and development that citric acid-production wastewater were treated by biodegradation,ferment and/or photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) method were judged in this paper.The citric acid-production wastewater was treated by anaerobic and aerobic process,COD removel rate was high and meet the state's emission standards.The active principles in citric acid-production wastewater can be utilized by ferment bacteria and PSB,that single cell protein(SCP) and PSB produced are very nourishing and they can promote to domestic animals,fowls and fishes grow and strengthen is resistance from disease.The ferment and PSB methods are optimum ways to covert waste materials into citric acid production to resources.
