职业运动员不同运动寿命阶段人力资本价格测度模式的研究

摘　　要：职业运动员运动能力作为特殊的"产品",其不仅与其他一般产品一样具有开发期、成长期、巅峰期和衰退期,而且在运动寿命的不同阶段职业运动员人力资本所表现出的价值也不同。运用文献资料和技术经济学方法对其进行研究,认为从微观和量化的角度测算不同阶段的职业运动员人力资本价格,能为职业运动员的薪酬及转会价格的制订提供较为科学的依据。By applying literature and technology economics, In the professional game market, As special'production', The professional sportsman has four sport-time as same as general production, and in the different sport-time his human capital value is different. The conclusions show that through the research of the human capital value accounting, The way provides the scientific appraisal ways in the future for formulating the professional sportsman salary and mobile price of the professional sportsman.
