败血症大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中磷脂含量及其与板层体关系的研究

摘　　要：在大鼠盲肠结扎加穿刺引起的败血症中发现支气管肺泡灌洗液中磷脂含量(较无败血症对照组)非常明显升高(P<0.001),肺系数明显升高(P<0.01)。败血症大鼠肺组织电镜观察发现肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞内板层体排空。作者认为,这是败血症早期由应激反应引起的一种代偿。The phospholipid content in BALL markedly increased (P<0.01) and the lung coefficient also increased (P>0.01) in septic rats induced by cecal ligation plus punctures as compared with non-septic control. Meanwhile, the lamellar inclusion bodies in type Ⅱ alveolar epithelial cells were empty observed in electro-microscopic examination. Authors suggest that the changes mentioned above is a compensatory response related to stress in early stage of sepsis.
