实验性兔脑缺血各脑区和血浆EDLS活性变化

摘  要:本文报告用放免法测定实验性兔脑缺血各脑区和血浆EDLS的结果,观察脑缺血及再灌流后血浆不同时相和各脑区EDLS含量变化。结果显示:兔脑不同脑区脑组织均含有EDLS,其中以下丘脑含量最高,显著高于海马、皮层与中脑(P<0.001)。脑缺血后各脑区EDLS含量较对照组显著降低(P<0.001);缺血后再灌流除下丘脑降低外,其余脑区无明显变化。对照组血浆EDLS含量在30和60分钟时比较增加(P<0.05),120分与0时比较无明显差异。脑缺血组和再灌流组血浆EDLS均较对照组显著降低(P<0.001),再灌流组与缺血组比较各时相EDLS无明显变化。The changes of endogenous digitalis-like substance (EDLS) levels in plasma and different regions of brain were analysed by radioimmunoassay in the rabbits with experimental cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. The results showed that different regions of brain contain EDLS, but the level of EDLS in the hypothalamus is the highest among the brain tissues. After cerebral ischemia, the EDLS levels in different brain regions were much Iowered thanthat of the control group (P<0.001). However, under post-ischemia reperfusions, it decreased markedly in the hypothalamus, but were not changed in other regions of the brain. The plasma EDLS levels in the control group increased at 30 and 60 minutes. In both ischemia and reperfusion groups the plasma EDLS level at different time were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Between the reperfusion group and the ischemia no obvious differences in EDLS levels group at different time.
