摘  要:本文用亚硝酸盐形成法检测了不同病期鼻咽癌(NPC)患者血浆中SOD活性以及鼻咽癌低分化细胞株培养上清(CNE-2s)对SOD活性的影响。结果发现:NPC病人血浆中总SOD、Mn-SOD及CuZn-SOD活性较正常人明显降低(P<0.01;将NPC按TNM分期,发现晚期(Ⅲ+Ⅳ)病人比早期(Ⅰ+Ⅱ)病人下降更明显。其中Mn-SOD活性在疾病早期即已降低(P<0.01)而CuZn-SOD活性则于晚期才降低(P<0.01)。CNE-2s对SOD活性有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01)。本文结果提示SOD活性的改变与NPC的发生发展有关。肿瘤组织的代谢物能抑制SOD活性。The activity of SOD in the plasma of patients with NPC and the effect of the culture supernatant of NPC cell line (CNE-2s) on SOD activity were examined by method of Oyanagui. The results showed that the activity of total-SOD, Mn-SOD, CuZn SOD in the plasma of patients with NPC decreased significantly than those of the normal (P<0.01). Divided the patients into two groups by the method of TNM, we found that SOD activity of patients in the late phase of the disease decreased further more than that in their early phase. The Mn-SOD activity started decline in the early phase while the CuZn-SOD activity declined only in the late phase. CNE-2s inhibit SOD activity markedly (P<0.01). Our results suggest that there is a relation between SOD actfvity and NPC. The metabolic products of NPC may inhibit the activity of SOD.
