摘  要:粒单型人白血病细胞系J6-1的培养液、冻化液可明显降低正常红细胞滤过率,J6-1细胞冻化液及膜冻化液经Sephadex G-100凝胶过滤及快速蛋白液相层析(FPLC)Mono Q,初步分离J6-1细胞膜上存在的降低红细胞溶过率的活性物质,分子量为13 KD~19KD,具糖结合蛋白性质。此物质对红细胞滤过率的改变是由其变形性改变所致。The culture medium and lysate of myelomonocytoid leukemia cell line (J6-1) could reduce normal red blood cell's filterability, the J6-1 cell lysate and J6-1 cell membrane lysate has been fractionated with Sephadex G-100 gel filteration and Fast Protein Liquid Chromotography (FPLC) Mono Q. The factor which can reduce the filte rability of red blood cell has been separated. The result showed that this factor exsists on the J6-1 cell's membrane and appears to have glyco protein character, its molecularweight range was 13KD-19KD. It is suggested that the decrease in the red blood cell's filterability by this factor was caused by the change in erythrocyte's deformability,
