摘　　要：明清时 ,林业发展呈现出前所未有的兴盛局面 ,林木杂果的栽培经营管理技术更加精湛 ,林业商品经济也不断发展 ,但林业资源仍处于持续人为破坏之中 ,一些有识之士在林业重要性、林业经济、林业荒政和以法治林等方面都有精辟独特的见解 ,成为林业经营管理思想史上的宝贵资料。During the Ming and Qing dynasties,the unprecedented spectacle was showed in the development of forestry,the management technology and the commercial economy constantly advanced. Nevertheless,the forestry resources were still destroyed by some persons at that time,some intellectuals had peculiar prospect in the aspect of significance,economy,policy and law on forestry,which has become valuable literature in the history of forestry management.
