彩色多普勒检测乳腺癌的应用与价值

摘　　要：本文对56例乳腺肿物进行彩色多普勒观察,其中乳腺癌31例,良性肿物25例,均经手术及病理证实。结果表明:彩色多普勒能够迅速、直观了解乳腺肿物血流形态及分布。在彩色多普勒引导下,脉冲多普勒容易显示血流频谱,乳腺癌的血管丰富,血流显示率及血流速度明显高于良性肿物。良、恶性肿物之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒可作为诊断乳腺癌的一种有效的检查方法。Fifty six breast masses were examined by color Doppler including 31 cancers and 25 benign lesions. All were proved by operation and pathology. Configuration and distribution of the tumor blood vessels were readily visualized. Blood flow spectrum could be easily detected under the guidance of color Doppler. Breast cancers revealed a rich Mood supply and increased blood velocity more than those benign lesions (p<0.05). Color Doppler can be regarded as an efficacious method in diagnosis of breast cancer.
