B超指引下经皮粗针穿刺活检纵隔肿瘤的临床价值

摘　　要：在B超指引下,我们对30例不同部位、不同类型纵隔肿瘤经皮粗针穿刺活检,组织病理学结果为临床定性诊断和治疗提供了可靠依据,对纵隔肿瘤和纵隔型肺癌的鉴别诊断具有重要价值。本组活检成功率为90％,穿刺失败率10％。本法安全、准确、阳性率高,易于推广。纵隔肿瘤的B超声象图特征对其定性诊断亦有一定价值。Under ultrasound guidance, we performed heavy needle puncture biopsy on 30 cases with mediastinal tumor. It gave evidence for diagnosis and treatment, and had important value in differential diagnosis between mediastinal tumor and lung cancer of mediastinal type. The first attempt performance had been succeeded at 90 percent (27 cases). We think this method is safe, reliable, easy, and its succese rate is high. The appearance of ultrasonography also has certain value in diagnosis of mediastinal tumor.
