红葡萄皮色素的离子色谱分析法研究

摘　　要：用离子色谱法考察一进口红葡萄色素样品的质量。研究结果表明,该色素样品中的NO3-,Cu2+和Pb2+含量超过有关食品安全规定的允许上限。本文对该色素受污染的可能原因亦进行了简要讨论。The quality of an imported pigment from red grape skin is identified using Ion Chromatography. The results showthat the concentrations of NO3-, Pb2+ and Cu2+ in the pigment all exceeded the upper limits of the regulation of food safety. Thepossibilities for causing contamination of the pigment were also discussed briefly in this paper.
