摘　　要：目的 :研究阴部神经的应用解剖 ,为临床工作提供理论基础。方法 :取 1 2侧成人尸体标本 ,于臀部进行解剖 ,观察阴部神经、阴部内动静脉的走行、直径及体表投影。结果 :阴部神经的体表投影为髂后上棘与坐骨结节连线的中下 1 / 3内侧 1 2 mm ,其可游离的最大长度 (自起始处至骶结节韧带上缘 )为 (38.74± 1 .39) m m。结论 :应用脊髓损伤平面以上的周围神经与阴部神经吻合来恢复截瘫患者的排便。ObjectiveTo study the applied anatomy of the pudendal nerve and provide theoretical basis for clinical work. Methods After dissected in buttocks, the course, diameters and body surface projections of pudendal nerve were observed in 12 lateral adult cadavers. ResultsThe pudendal nerve′s location was about 12 mm medialis to the middle and lower 1/3 point of the line between posterior superior iliac spine and ischial tuberosity. The maximal free length of the pudendal nerve was (38 74±1 39)mm from the start point to the superior border of sacrotuberous ligament. ConclusionThe defecation,miction and sexual function may recover by suturing the pudendal nerve with the peripheral nerve above the spinal injury plane in paraplegia patients.
