摘　　要：纳米科技是一项有可能引起新技术革命的科技,纳米专利“圈地运动”已经开始,国外纳米技术的产业化也已初现端倪。本文分析了我国宏观纳米专利工作和微观纳米专利工作中存在的问题,并分别提出建立我国宏观和微观纳米专利战略的建议和具体措施。Nanometer technology is a kind of technology that may ignite another revolution of industry. The nano-technology industry is arising. Patent system and patent strategy are very important to nano-technology. The authors analyze the obstacles in the work of patent of nano-technology in respect of government and enterprises. Then the authors give the advice and offers the measures of constructing macro-strategy and micro-strategy of nano-technology patent.
