酒精所致精神障碍患者发病的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨与酒精所致精神障碍发病有关的因素,为其预防、治疗、康复和进一步研究提供依据。方法:收集1992/2002中国医科大学心理卫生医院全部酒精所致精神障碍的病历,共50份,将有关因素和资料如:性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、性格、诱因和疗效等。填入特制调查表中,进行统计分析。结果:酒精所致精神障碍患者中男性占绝大多数,50例中男48例。酒精所致精神障碍患者主要为青壮年,平均发病年龄(34.58±9.99)岁。患者文化程度偏低,工人26例,干部12例列职业的前两位。难以适应社会发展18例,感情与家庭变故13例列诱因的前两位。内向性格占50%。2000年以后患病者多于2000年以疹患病者(26和24例,χ2=15.53,P<0.05)。结论:酒精所致精神障碍的发生受多种因素的影响,主要是心理社会因素。应采取有针对性的措施加以预防并对患者采取积极治疗和康复措施。AIM:To explore the related factors of attack of mental disorders caused by alcohol,so as to provide a basis for its prevention,treatment,recovery and further study. METHODS:Totally the medical record of 50 cases with mental disorder caused by alcohol from Mental Health Hospital of China Medical University from 1992 to 2002 were collected.Related factors and data such as sex,age,education level,occupation,characteristics,inducement,curative effect,were involved in a special questionnaire for statistical analysis. RESULTS:The majority the patients with mental disorder induced by alcohol were male(48/50),young and robust, the average of attack age was(34.58±9.99) years old.Educated levels were on a low level.Sorts of occupation of the first two places were workers(26 cases) and cadres(12 cases).Sorts of inducement of the first two places were difficult to adapt oneself to the social development(18 cases),motion trouble and family accidents(13 cases).The introversion was 50%of all.There were more patients after 2000(26 cases) than before 2000(24 cases)(χ2=15.53,P< 0.01).The incidence of mental disorders caused by alcohol can be influenced by multiple factors,especially psychosocial factors.We should take proper measures to prevent it,and positive recovery and rehabilitations should be applied to the patients.
