发展畜牧业是传统农区工业化和城镇化的现实路径

摘　　要：加快工业化、城镇化,是全面建设小康社会的基本途径。传统农区在加快"两化"进程中,必须与推进农业现代化相结合,形成互动机制。发展农区畜牧业及其相关产业则是实现上述"三化"的重要路径。传统农区应以食品工业为龙头,调整农村产业经济结构,加大对畜牧业的投引资力度,积极鼓励民营企业发展,重视科技投入,改造传统农业和畜牧业,加强农村人力资源能力建设,促进"三化"联动发展。The acceleration of industrial and urbanization is a primary approach to build an affluent society.While construction industral and urbanization,agricultural modernization shall be promoted so as to create a mutual promoting mechanism,to develop animal husbandry and food processing and relevant industries are important route to realize above-mentioned goals in agricultural areas.Food Processing shall be considered as leading industry in the agricultural areas,in order to promote the mutual developments of industrialization and urbanization and agricultural modernization,it needs to adjust rural industrial structure,strengthen investment on animal busbandry,actively encourage non-governmental development,emphasize scientific and technological investment,reform traditional agriculture and animal husbandry and build the capacity of rural human resources.
