摘  要:采用作者新近提出的四节点压电复合材料层合矩形板弯曲单元,对表面粘贴有压电驱动器的复合材料层合板在外加电场和外载荷作用下的弯曲变形进行了分析。通过与相关文献中结果的比较验证了程序的正确性和单元的有效性。研究了不同铺层形式(特别是非均衡性)对层合板弯曲变形的影响规律,并分析了压电驱动器部分脱粘对驱动变形的影响规律。结果表明:驱动器的脱粘损伤对层合板的弯曲变形会产生较大的影响,甚至可能会导致压电驱动器驱动功能(形状控制)的失效。The bending deformations of piezoelectric laminated plates subjected to combined applied voltage and loads were analyzed by using the proposed rectangular bending element. The correctness and efficiency of the element were verified by comparing the results with the data published in literatures. Also, the effects of the different ply angles of laminated plates (the unbalanced laminated plates) on the bending deformations of piezoelectric laminated plates were investigated. Finally, the deformations with partially debonding of piezoelectric actuators were studied. Based on the calculating results, it is found that the different area debonding between the actuator and the base plates may have significant effect on the composite plate bending deformations. The control ability of piezoelectric actuators might be lost in certain cases.
