试论高校图书馆馆员的继续教育

摘　　要：根据目前高校图书馆馆员知识结构单一、知识内容老化、难以胜任图书馆现代化工作的需要这一普遍问题,提出了今后高校图书馆馆员继续教育工作对策:即提高图书馆领导对继续教育必要性的认识;制定本馆继续教育的原则;确定本馆继续教育的内容;确定馆员继续教育的途径;制定本馆切实可行的继续教育实施细则,建立健全继续教育监督、检查机制。According to the problems at large of academic library, personnels simple knowledge structure、aging knowledge content and poor competence to adapt to modernized job in library at present, the paper puts forward countermeasure. they are to improve library leaders' understanding the significance for continual education; set down principles of continual education in the library; make certain contents of continual education in the library; make certain routes of continual education at library; set down a feasible implemention rules about continual education, eatablish and perfect control and check machanism for continual education in the library.
