对我校教师健康状况和体育锻炼现状的研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,对我校部分在职教师的身体健康状况及其体育锻炼的现状进行调查与研究。结果显示:教师的健康状况较差,且随年龄的增长有加速下降的趋势;教师中体育人口数量偏低;教师参加体育锻炼的目的明确;影响教师体育锻炼的主要因素是余暇时间不足。The author carried out a study among the teachers in NSUAF and investigated their health condition and physical exercise state through literatures, questionnaires and statistics. The result of this study shows that the teachers' health condition is relatively poor and tends to get worse with time going by. Meanwhile, the population of the teachers who do exercise is on the low side, of which the main influencing factor is lack of spare time, though the purpose of doing exercise is clear.
