摘　　要：我国资本市场仍然是一个新兴市场,在证券市场的逐步发展过程中,证券公司面临着诸多风险,如何有效管理和控制风险是证券公司生存和发展的关键问题。本文研究了我国证券公司的风险特征以及风险管理现状,参照国外大的投资银行的管理模式,提出了未来风险管理的趋势。The capital market of our country is still a new developing marketIn the gradually developing course of the securities market, the securities companies have faced a great lot of risks How to manage and control the risks efficiently is the key problem for the security companies in their survival and developmentThis paper has studied the risk characteristics and the current situation of risk management of the securities companies in our country,consulted the management models of foreign investment banks, and then put forward the trend of risk management in the future
