摘　　要：脑膜瘤患者行数字减影血管造影及术前栓塞已成为脑膜瘤诊治的重要手段之一。对于颅底部位较大的脑膜瘤和累及静脉窦的脑膜瘤 ,多行DSA检查。其血管造影成像特点是呈放射状影像 ,其供血动脉多为颅内外的脑膜支。术前栓塞可使脑膜瘤变小、变软、血供减少 ,因此 ,可使手术时间缩短 ,术中出血减少 ,减少由于牵拉和操作脑组织而引起的对脑组织的损伤。应用的栓塞剂多为多聚乙醇 (polyvinylalcohol ,PVA)颗粒 ,直径多为255～350μm ,目的是栓塞肿瘤的血管床而非仅仅栓塞肿瘤的供血动脉。只要避开颅内外危险吻合和颅内正常分支 。digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and preoperative embolization for the patient with meningiomas have become more and more important to the diagnosis and treatment of meningiomas. Large meningiomas located at base of skull and meningiomas related to venouse sinus should been performed DSA. The characteristic imaging of DSA is radially arrayed tumor vascular pattern resulting a “sunburst” or“spokeswheel” appearance. The feeding arteries of the tumor are dural branches of the ICA or ECA. Preoperation embolization of the tumor vessel can enable the tumor smaller, softer, and less blood than pre-embolization, and thus make operation time and blooding during operation decrease, in the same time, it can make less injure to the normal brain tissue during operation. The embolization material that often be used was polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) of 255～350μm in diameter. The aim of the preoperation embolization is to not the feeding arteries but the vessel bed of the tumor. Preoperation embolization of the meningioma is relatively safe and effective.
