摘　　要：挤压技术诞生于上世纪30年代初，至今已有80余年的成长历史，并被广泛使用和深化应用。小麦方便面自1958年由日本日清公司推出至今已有44年，44年中传统的小麦方便面一直是采用压延方式进行加工制作的，而压延方式无法将松散无面筋结构的玉米、杂粮等面粉制品压成片，切成条。新的生产线突破并发展了挤压技术80余年的历史，The instant food industry is becoming a bright and prosperous industry all over the world.
