摘  要:将聚类算法应用于架空线路(包括电力及其他种类架空线路)入地改造的控制决策中,以道路为对象,按照重要优先程度将其聚成若干类,避免了逐一决策的麻烦。利用改进的判断矩阵分析法计算对象的属性值,并向单位坐标轴投影进行标准化。此法可以有效考虑相关因素,简化计算,依据数值结果对架空线路入地改造进行决策。浦东新区架空线路控制及入地规划的工程实践证明了此法的有效性和先进性。Applying clustering algorithm to the strategy-making method of retrofitting overhead line (including power and other kinds of overhead lines) to underground cable, taking the roads as objects and clustering them into several categories according to their importance and priority degree can avoide the trouble of one by one strategy making. The Improved judgment matrix analytical method was used to calculate the attribute values of the objects, which was projected to the unit coordinate axis to be standardized. Correlative factors of the retrofit were fully estimated and calculation was simplified and the decision concerning the retrofit was made based on numerical results. The method was proved effective and advanced by practical project of overhead line control and underground planning in Pudong New Area.
