摘　　要：行政重复处理行为是我国行政诉讼实践中新引入的一个概念。文章考察了行政重复处理行为的起源和发展 ,研究了行政重复处理行为的内涵界定 ,并分析了在适用过程中的问题 ,为行政重复处理行为的理论和实践提供了一些有益的建议。The conduct of administrative reiteration is a newly-introduced concept in the practice of administrative lawsuit of our country. This paper reviews the origin and development of conduct of administrative reiteration, researches its definition of connotation, analyzes the problems in application and provides some available suggestions for the theory and practice of the conduct of administrative reiteration.
