摘　　要：本文运用问卷调查、数据统计等方法,对本地区部分大学生参加体育锻炼的现状进行分析,找出其特点和规律,并提出建议,为各高校管理者和体育教育者提供参考依据。In this paper ,we analyse the current situations of studants'physical activity,appying the methods of answer sheer sheet and statistics,and we work out its characters and rules as well and present suggestions to provide the college administrators and P.E,educators with groundfor reference.
