摘　　要：在文献资料研究的基础上,通过专家咨询调查和自身教育经验总结,对中小学体育教师的素质结构进行了探讨;并提出了提高中小学体育教师综合素质的培养途径与方法。In this paper,we have analysed P.E,teachers'quality-oriented structure of middie school and Primary school by the literature study,specialist comsultation and education summary;and we have put forward some chamels and means of the quality-oriented trainining.
