注视侈开分析在双眼视觉功能异常诊断和治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的 :研究注视侈开曲线分析在诊断双眼视觉功能异常中的作用 ,探讨以注视侈开指导治疗方案的方法。方法 :随机抽取在校学生 35名 ,按调查问卷方式确定双眼视眼疲劳症状的程度 ,分为 :无症状、症状轻度、症状中度和症状重度组。使用Sheedy注视侈开测量仪测量由不同棱镜诱导的注视侈开 ,并绘制曲线。分析注视侈开各参数与个体双眼视疲劳症状程度的关系。结果 :双眼视眼疲劳症状与注视侈开绝对值和相连性隐斜绝对值相关。随着双眼视疲劳症状的加重 ,注视侈开绝对值和相连性隐斜绝对值有随之上升的趋势。结论 :注视侈开曲线分析是一种有效诊断双眼视觉功能异常的方法。根据注视侈开检查的结果我们可以制定有效的治疗方案 。Objective:To investigate the role of fixation disparity testing and analysis in the diagnosis of binocular abnormalities;to discuss the value of the fixation disparity curve in guiding therapy.Methods:35 students were enrolled and divided into four groups according to their eyestrain level during near reading. The Sheedy disparometer was used to measure prism induced fixation disparity. The relationship between the parameters of the fixation disparity curve and individual eyestrain level was analyzed.Results:Binocular abnormality was found to be correlated with the absolute value of fixation disparity and associated phoria. As symptoms of eyestrain became worse,the absolute values of fixation disparity and associated phoria increased.Conclusion:The fixation disparity curve is an efficient way to diagnose binocular abnormality. Effective vision therapy can be designed on the basis of a fixation disparity examination.
