胃癌患者红细胞免疫功能变化规律的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究胃癌患者及其手术前后红细胞免疫功能变化的规律。方法 :采用花环法检测胃癌患者与正常人的红细胞免疫功能 ,并对胃癌患者手术前后的变化进行动态观察。结果 :胃癌患者的红细胞免疫功能均比正常人显著降低 ,且与肿瘤病理分期有关 ;手术打击对红细胞免疫功能有重要影响 ,根治性手术有利于患者红细胞免疫功能的恢复 ,姑息性手术却促使患者的免疫功能进一步恶化。结论 :胃癌患者存在红细胞免疫功能低下与紊乱 ;胃癌根治性手术较姑息性手术能明显改善患者红细胞免疫功能 ,胃癌患者的红细胞免疫功能的测定 ,有助于判断肿瘤的分期。Objective To study the change of erythrocyte immune function in the patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods To examine the erythrocyte immune function in patients with gastric carcinoma and compare that with control group, and further investigate the dynamic changes of erythrocyte immune function in patients with gastric carcinoma before and after operation. Results The erythrocyte immune function of patients with gastric carcinoma was lower than that of healthy persons, and it was related closely to the pathological stage of the disease. There was a great influence of operation on erythrocyte immune function. Radical operation was benefit for the recovery of erythrocyte immune function, and palliative operation made it worse. Conclusion Erythrocyte immune function of patients with gastric carcinoma is depressed. Curative operation is benefit for the recovery of erythrocyte immune function. The index of erythrocyte immune function is helpful for the judgment of the stage of tumor.
