265例涎腺肿瘤临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :总结分析近 1 0多年来涎腺肿瘤临床及发病特点的一些变化。方法 :对 2 6 5例涎腺肿瘤进行临床分析。结果及结论 :涎腺肿瘤近 1 0多年来发病逐渐增多 ,其占口腔颌面部肿瘤的构成比在增加 ,尤其是腮腺Warthin瘤发病增多最为明显 ;多形性腺瘤仍是涎腺肿瘤中发病最多的肿瘤 ,但其构成比在降低 ,在腮腺肿瘤中 。Objective:To study the incidence features and the percentage change of salivary gland tumors treated in the past 12 years.Methods:Two hundred sixty five cases of salivary gland tumors treated in the past 12 years were analysed.Results and conclutions:The incidence of salivary gland tumors gradually increased in the past 12 years and the percentage accounted for tumors of oral and maxilloficial showed steady increase;the percentage of warthin tumor in parotid gland was larger than that of the pleomorphic adenoma;The regional excision of parotid gland(resection of the tumor with its surrounding glands) was the efficient method of treating the small benign tumors of the parotid gland.
