摘　　要：目的 :探讨鼻唇沟皮瓣在修复上唇部缺损的作用 ,总结上唇缺损修复经验 ,提高手术效果。方法 :对于因肿瘤、创伤所至的上唇部缺损 ,设计鼻唇沟轴型皮瓣局部转移修复。结果 :自 1 993年以来共完成 1 5例 ,效果满意。结论 :鼻唇沟皮瓣是修复上唇缺损的较好方法。Objective:To explore the role that nasolabial fold flap repair upper lip defect ,sum up experience of upper lip defect. Repairing and raise operation effect. Methods: To design nasolabial fold axis flap to local shift and repair upper lip defect because of tumour and wound.Results:15 cases were finished from 1993, the effect is satisfactory.Conclusion:Nasolabial fold flap is a better method for upper lip defect.
