摘　　要：阐述了当前货物运输市场的良好势头和山西省货物运输业现状,用关于经济增长模式的转变理论及自然辩证法系统论的观点,分析并指出了山西省货物运输业结构调整的目标、原则、方向以及具体的内容和措施。This paper describes the current prosperity of goods transportatio n market and operating conditions of cargo carrying company in shanxi province. It was analyzed and pointed out how to adjust cargo carrying and operating struc ture by the theory of transforming economical growth model and system theory of natural dialectics.
