摘  要:目的 :观察复方鳖甲软肝方对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)心室重构及左室功能各项指标的影响。方法 :12周龄SHR 5 0只随机分为 5组 ,即空白对照组 (SHR- C组 )、依那普利组 (SHR- Y组 )及复方鳖甲小剂量组 (SHR- B1组 )、中剂量组 (SHR- B2组 )、大剂量组 (SHR- B3组 ) ,每组 10只。并以正常 SD大鼠 10只作对照 ,称为 SD组。治疗 10周后测定各组大鼠收缩压 (SBP)、左室舒张末压 (L VEDP)、左室压力微分值最大 (± dp/ dtmax)、心脏质量指数 (HMI)、左室质量指数 (L VMI)以及胶原蛋白含量等指标。结果 :治疗 10周后 ,SHR- Y组的 SBP、HMI、 L VMI较对照组显著降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,而 SHR- B各组无显著改变 ;SHR- Y组 ,SHR- B2组及 SHR- B3组的 L VEDP较对照组显著降低(P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。SHR- Y组的 +dp/ dtmax较对照组显著增大 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,SHR- B各组无显著改变。 SHR- Y组及 SHR- B各组的 - dp/ dtmax较对照组显著增大 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。 SHR- Y组、SHR- B2组及 SHR- B3组胶原蛋白含量较对照组均显著降低 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :复方鳖甲软肝方无明显降压功能 ,但可通过抑制心肌纤维化 ,有效影响 SHR的心室重构 ,改善左室功能。AIM: To investigate the effects of biejia ruangan recipe on cardiac remolding and left ventricular performance in spontaneous hypertensive rat (SHR). METHODS:12-week-old SHRs were divided randomly into 5 groups: the SHR-C group(untreated), the SHR-Y group(treated with Enalapril),the SHR-B1,the SHR-B2 and the SHR-B3 groups(treated with the low, middle and high dose of biejia ruangan recipe respectively), each group consisting of 10 rats. And 10 normal SD rats were used as the negative control. Systolic blood pressure(SBP), left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP), maximal ascending and descending velocity of the left ventricular pressure(±dp/dt max), heart mass index(HMI), left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and left ventricular collagen contents were determined after 10 weeks' treatment. RESULTS: After 10 weeks' treatment,compared with SHR-C, the SBP, HMI, LVMI of SHR-Y were significantly decreased( P<0.01), but there was no difference in these parameters between SHR-C and SHR-B; the LVEDP of SHR-Y,SHR-B2 and SHR-B3 were significantly decreased( P<0.01 or P<0 05); the +dp/dt max of SHR-Y were increased( P<0.05), but there was no difference in these parameters between SHR-C and SHR-B; the -dp/dt max of SHR-Y and SHR-B were significantly increased( P<0.01 or P<0.05);the left ventricular collagen contents of SHR-Y,SHR-B2 and SHR-B3 were significantly decreased( P<0.01 or P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Although biejia ruangan recipe has no significant effect on decreasing blood pressure, it can influence the remolding of the left ventricle and improve the function of the left ventricle by inhibiting myocardial fibrosis.
