云南、四川两省海洛因依赖者脱毒治疗方法调查

摘　　要：目的 :调查云南、四川两省海洛因依赖者脱毒治疗的方法。方法 :采用中国药物依赖性研究所设计的问卷在两省的 11个地、市、县药物依赖治疗机构调查接受戒毒治疗的海洛因依赖者。问卷内容主要包括吸毒者的人口学特征、吸毒者脱毒治疗的方法及相关问题。结果 :在 16 80份有效问卷中女性占 2 2 3% ;男性占 77 7%。其中接受过美沙酮或丁丙诺啡替代治疗的分别占 6 0 1% ( 890 14 82 ) ,4 0 % ( 5 9 14 83) ;中药脱毒治疗的占 2 3 6 % ( 35 0 14 82 ) ;可乐定递减治疗占 2 6 % ( 38 14 82 ) ;其它药物治疗的占 7 7% ( 114 14 77) ;非药物治疗的占 2 7 0 % ( 4 0 0 14 79)。结论 :海洛因依赖者采用的脱毒治疗方法以美沙酮治疗为主 ,但接受其它脱毒治疗方法的也占相当的比例 ,建议应加强对脱毒治疗方法效果的追踪调查 ,为有效延长操守时间。Objective : To survey the styles of detoxification treatment for drug addicts in Sichuan and Yunnan provinces. Methods : Surveys were carried out in drug dependent treatment settings with a self-designed questionnaire. Results : A total of 1680 subjects were recruited with female accounting for 22 3% and male for 77 7%. The styles of detoxification treatment included substitute treatment with methadone(890/1482),and buprenorphine(59/1483), detoxification treatment with traditional Chinese medicine (350/1482), clonidine with tapered dose (38/1482),other medications (114/1477)and natural withdrawal (400/1479). Conclusion : The main styles of detoxification treatment were methadone substitution. It is necessary to estimate the efficiency of various detoxification treatments in order to prolong retention and reduce drug-related harm.
