妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤中p53的表达研究

摘　　要：目的　研究妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤 (GTT)中 p5 3的表达及意义。 方法　采用免疫组化S P法检测10例正常早期绒毛 (NP)、10例完全性葡萄胎 (CM )、2 0例侵袭性葡萄胎 (IM )、19例绒癌 (CCA)中p5 3的表达。结果　p5 3在上述各组中阳性表达率分别为4 .12 %、2 1.6 8%、39.6 1%、2 7.39% ,经统计学处理 ,NP与CM(P =0 .0 0 4 )、NP与IM (P =0 .0 0 0 )、NP与CCA(P =0 .0 0 1)、CM与IM (P =0 .0 30 ) ,差异有统计学意义。结论　p5 3能促进GTT的恶性转化 ,p5 3的检测有助于CM与IM的鉴别。Objective To investigate the features of p53 in gestational trophoblastic tumor (GTT). Methods The p53 was detected Immuno-histochemically in paraffin-embedded tissue of 10 cases of normal placenta(NP), 10 cases of complete hydatidiform mole (CM), 20 cases of invasive hydatidiform mole (IM) and 19 cases of choriocarcinoma(CCA). Results In NP, CM, IM and CCA, the p53 index were 4.12%, 21.68%, 39.61% and 27.39%. There were significant differences between NP and CM (P= 0.004), and between NP and IM (P= 0.000), and between NP and CCA (P= 0.001), and also between CM and IM (P= 0.030). Conclusion The increasing expression of Muta-p53 is helpful to the cell proliferation in GTT. Muta-p53 can be helpful to the progress of GTT and to distinguish of CM, IM and CCA from NP, of IM from CM.
