摘 要:在 5 0 mg/L吲哚丁酸 (IBA)浸种的基础上 ,于块根膨大期配合叶面喷施 5 0 0 mg/L和 1 0 0 0 mg/L多效唑 (MET) ,结果表明 ,可使木薯产量比对照分别增加 1 8.8%和 2 0 .5 % ,块根淀粉含量则相应提高 6.8%和 9.0 % ,均达 0 .0 5显著水平 ;而单独用 5 0 mg/L IBA浸种或只在块根膨大期叶面喷施 5 0 0 mg/L和1 0 0 0 mg/L MET,木薯产量和淀粉含量也有不同程度的提高 ,但效果均不及 IBA和 MET的配合使用。Effects of the single and cooperative application of IBA and MET on the yield and starch content of cassava root tuber were studied.It was founded that the cooperative application of IBA and MET, that was to soak the breed stems with 50mg/L IBA first and then to spray 500mg/L and 1000mg/L MET on the surface of leaves at the expanding stage of root tubers, could increase the yield of root tuber by 18.8% and 20.5%, and its' starch content by 6.8% and 9.0%,respectively.It was also founded that the single application of IBA or MET, soaking the breed stems with 50 mg/L IBA or spraying 500 mg/L and 1000 mg/L MET on the surface of leaves at the expanding stage of root tubers, could increase the yield and starch content of cassava root tuber to some extent .But the effects of the single application of IBA or MET was inferior to that of the cooperative application of IBA and MET.
