摘　　要：ISO90 0 1为质量管理提供标准化、程序化的指导 ,6σ质量管理方式在持续改进方面具有优势。文章探讨了两者整合的基础 ,分析了整合的互补性及如何整合实施 ,提出了整合实施注意事项。ISO9001 is a kind of standard in quality field in order to give a standard and programmatic guide to quality management. 6σ is a kind of new management model,which can be used in continual improvement.The authors discuss the foundation and complement of integration,and also put forward how to implement. The authors analyze the emphasis during the carrying.
