视神经萎缩的固视状态对P-VEP潜时的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨视神经萎缩眼的视网膜偏心度对图型视觉诱发电位 (P -VEP)潜时的影响。方法 :3 1例 5 3眼视神经萎缩患者接受了非矫正的P -VEP检查 ,患眼最佳矫正视力高于 0 0 2。全部患眼按照视力性质分为中心视力组和偏心视力组。结果 :中心视力组的P -VEP潜时均值和潜时异常百分率均低于偏心视力组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。在P -VEP潜时和视神经萎缩眼的视网膜偏心度之间存在正相关关系和线性回归关系 (r =0 3 0 ,b =2 42 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :视神经萎缩时中心视力患眼的P -VEP潜时延迟程度低于偏心视力。在P -VEP潜时和视神经萎缩眼的视网膜偏心度之间存在正相关关系和线性回归关系。提示患眼的视网膜偏心度越大 ,P -VEP潜时延迟越重。每一偏心度的回归量是 2 42ms。To evaluate the impacts of retinal eccentricity on the latency of pattern visual evoked potentials(P-VEP)in optic atrophy(OA). Methods:31 patients(53 eyes)in different retinal eccentricity with optic atrophy underwent ordinary P-VEP without the correction of eccentric fixation. Results:The mean P-VEP latency and the percentages of abnormal P-VEP in the eyes of central fixation group were lower than that of eccentric fixation group(P<0 05,P<0 01).There were a positive correlation and linear regression between P-VEP latencies and the eccentricities of the affected eyes with OA(r=0 30,b=2 42,P<0 05). Conclusions:The P-VEP latency of eye with central fixation is less delayed than that with eccentric fixation.There are a positive correlation and a linear regression between P-VEP latency and the eccentricity of the eye with OA.The higher the retinal eccentricity of the eye with OA,the more delayed P-VEP latency,the linear regressive coefficient is 2 42.
