摘　　要：目的 :探讨玻璃体切除联合晶体超声碎核术治疗晶体半脱位合并葡萄膜炎的临床治疗效果。方法 :对我院 1998年 6月至 2 0 0 1年 12月期间共收治的 9例 (11眼 )晶体半脱位合并葡萄膜炎的患者行玻璃体切除联合晶体超声碎核术 ,其中 7例 (9眼 )未Ⅰ期植入人工晶体 ,另 2例 (2眼 )植入缝线型人工晶体 ,术后随访 3个月到 2 4个月 ,观察术后视力及并发症等。结果 :术后 3月所有患者最佳矫正视力均有不同程度的提高 ,其中≥ 0 6的 6眼 ,0 3～ 0 6的 3眼 ,另 2眼最佳矫正视力 0 1～0 3 ;术后并发症有手术后一周内前房的纤维素性渗出 4例 (5眼 ) ,经药物治疗后很快吸收 ;术后复发性葡萄膜炎 2例 (2眼 )均为植入缝线型人工晶体眼 ,药物治疗效果不佳。结论 :玻璃体切除联合晶体超声碎核术是治疗晶体半脱位合并葡萄膜炎最为安全和有效的治疗方法 ,术后并发症少 ,视力恢复满意 。To investigate the effects of phacofragmentation and pars plana vitrectomy on lens dislocation and uveitis. Methods:11 eyes of 9 patients with lens dislocation and uveitis who underwent phacofragmentation and pars plana vitrectomy were analyzed,in which 2 eyes underwent ciliary sulcus fixation of intraocular lenses.The mean follow-up period was 9 months (3 to 24 months). Results:The best-corrected visual acuity improved in all eyes.In 6 of the 11 eyes the postoperative vision was 0 6 or better.The main postoperative complication included cellulose exudation in 4 eyes and the reactivity of the inflammatory in 2 eyes. Conclusions:The combined operation might be an effective and safe surgical method for lens dislocation and uveitis.
