摘 要:目的:了解不同抑菌浓度的唑类药物体外诱导白念珠菌的耐药情况。方法:将质控株及敏感白念珠菌在含不同抑菌浓度的氟康唑(FCZ)、酮康唑(KCZ)、伊曲康唑(ICZ)的液体培养基中进行人工传代诱导耐药。结果:敏感白念珠菌在高浓度的唑类药物培养基中能诱导耐药,且为交叉耐药,而在低浓度中经传20代仍不能诱导耐药;诱导后的耐药菌株在无药物培养基中传代可恢复敏感性。结论:唑类药物能诱导耐药白念珠菌的产生,但与诱导药物的浓度有关,且为不稳定耐药。Objective:To acquire the information about the resistance to azoles in Candida albicans.Methods:A total of5susceptible C.albicans were cultured in the liquid medium containing different azoles in different concentrations.MIC was deter-mined by the method of microdilution antifungal susceptibility testing.Results:In susceptible C.albicans the resistance and cross-resistance were induced in liquid culture only with high concentrations of azole drugs.The susceptibility to azoles could be recovered in these resistant C.albicans after several generation cultures in drug-free liquid medium.Conclusions:These results indicated that the resistance and cross-resistance to azoles could be induced in C.albicans,which are dependent on drug concentration and unstable.
