④结论 KOR、DOR、MOR在人类周围血管组织确有表达 ,并多在血管内膜着色 ;三种亚型受体间阳性表达率无明显差异 ;Objective To detect the existence and distribution of opioid receptors in human peripheral blood vessels. Methods An immunohistochemical (IHC) technique was used to detect KOR, MOR and DOR expressions in 60 human tissues containing blood vessels with 20 from uterus, 12 from lung, 12 from ovary, 10 from spleen, and 6 from thyroid. The appearance of brown color in the blood vessel wall was regarded as positive. Results The positive rates of KOR, MOR and DOR were 68.3% , 56.7% and 53.3%, respectively, without any significant difference between them (χ 2=3.088, P>0.05). The positive rates of the receptors in different tissues showed no significant difference (χ 2=6.617-7.815, P>0.05).The brown color was stained in all vessel walls of the uterus, ovary, spleen, thyroid and lung; part of the tissue cells of the uterus, ovary and thyroid was also stained. Conclusion Opioid receptors do express in the endothelium of human peripheral blood vessels. No significant difference exists in the positive expression of the three receptors. The expression of the same receptor in different tissues shows no evident difference.
