摘 要:①目的 探讨微血管密度与AgNOR计数在前列腺癌中的意义。 ②方法 应用免疫组织化学方法和银染色技术 ,检测 30例前列腺癌和 2 0例良性前列腺增生 (BPH)组织中微血管密度和AgNOR计数。 ③结果前列腺癌组织中微血管密度与AgNOR计数均明显高于BPH(t=6 .1 5、1 1 .2 7,P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,且两者均与肿瘤组织学分级及病人预后有关 (F =1 3.34、2 4 .4 5 ,q =3.5 9~ 9.6 1 ,t =7.6 5、7.5 8,P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,前列腺癌组织微血管密度与AgNOR计数间存在极显著的正相关 (r =0 .92 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。④结论 微血管密度和AgNOR计数结合分析 ,可成为鉴别前列腺良恶性病变、判断前腺癌的恶性程度及预测病人预后的重要指标。Objective To study the significance of microvessel density(MVD)and AgNOR counts in prostatic carcinoma(PC) and benign prostate hypertrophy(BPH). Methods Immunohistochemical and colloid techniques were used to detect the MVD and AgNOR counts in 30 PC cases and 20 BPH. Results MVD and AgNOR counts were significantly higher in tumor tissues than in BPH(t=6.15,11.27,P<0.01), and were correlated with the histological grades and prognosis of the PC patients( F= 13.34, 24.45, q=3.59-9.61, t=7.65, 7.58, P<0.01). A significant correlation existed between MVD and AgNOR counts in prostatic carcinoma(r=0.925,P<0.01). Conclusion The combined analysis of MVD and AgNOR counts might be an important indicator for the differentiation of benign and malignant neoplasms of the prostate and for the evaluation of the degree of malignancy and prognosis of the disease.
