摘 要:介绍了时序 转速控制方式重复起动方案的基本功能,分析了教科书中常采用的重复起动逻辑回路存在的问题,提出了解决问题的具体方案,改进了原有重复起动逻辑回路的设计,并通过动态仿真验证了新设计的正确性.解决了原逻辑回路一次性起动超时误报警、一次性起动单元TM开始计时时刻与主机开始起动时刻不一致和主机动车次数受限的问题.对主机遥控系统重复起动逻辑回路的实际设计及轮机自动化课程的课堂教学有一定的指导意义.Repeated starting logical loop is the main part of main engine remote control system. This paper introduces the basic function of time-revolution logical scheme of repeated starts for main engine. The defect analyzing of common repeated starting logic loop usually described in the text books is given. The solving method of the above-mentioned defects is presented and the repeated starting logical loop of original design is then improved. The correctness of proposed approach is demonstrated by dynamic simulation results. The problems of false alarm for one start overtime, initiating timing of one start unit T_M different from main engine and the restricted main engine starting times are solved by proposed scheme. It is significant and helpful to the practical design for repeated starting logical loop of main engine remote control system and course teaching in marine engineering automation.
