摘 要:设计了一种新型的菲涅尔波带片 球面透镜。应用衍射光学方法,从理论上研究了这种透镜的变焦功能和分辨特性。数值结果表明,在衍射空间有两个焦点,改变波带数可以使两个焦点分开任意距离。当波带数足够大时,可以使透射空间只有一个向透镜方向迁移的焦点。与单一的透镜和单一的波带片相比,这种菲涅尔波带片 球面透镜的横向和纵向分辨率同时得到了提高。因此,这种新型的结构透镜可应用于三维成像。A new variable focus lens (FZP-S lens) is designed by combining Fresnel zone plate with plane-sphere lens. By using diffractive optics methods, the characteristic of variable focus and it's resolution power are investigated theoretically. The simulated performances show that there are two foci in diffraction space, and that the distance between two foci can be changed arbitrarily by altering the number of zones of FZP-S lens. When the number of zones is sufficiently large, only one focus to shift to the lens can be obtained in the transmission space. Both the lateral and axial resolutions with FZP-S lens are increased comparing a single lens and a single FZP lens. Therefore, this new lens can be used to the system of three-dimensional image.The resolution of the FZP-S lens is also compared with the other lens.
