摘 要:设计了一种新型三点接触式纯滚动轴承球的强化接触疲劳寿命试验机。被测试样球仅在同一最大圆截面上受到三次非等间隔但等强度的循环接触载荷作用 ,并沿此圆周做纯滚动 ,试样球的最大转速为 2 30 0 0r/min ,最大赫兹接触应力可达 7GPa。该试验机可用于评定各种材料轴承球的滚动接触疲劳性能 ,具有被试球球径变化范围大、效率高、实用性强等特点。The design idea and mechanism of a new type accelerated pure rolling contact fatigue test rig for bearing ball with three contact points were introduced, for overcoming the disadvantages that existed in the current test rigs such as in rolling/slide working conditions or requiring some appendages. All of three non-uniformly spaced contact points of the tested bearing ball were in a same maximal circular cross-section and the contact stresses were equal to each other. Maximum speed of the tested ball was 23 000r/min. Maximum of Hertz contact stress of the tested ball may attain 7GPa. This test rig can be used in assessing rolling contact fatigue performance of bearing balls made from different materials. The design results indicate that the test rig has high efficiency, wide specimen dimension and nice practicality.
