摘 要:用三次样条流线条元法分析带材的三维塑性变形 ,用影响系数法分析辊系的弹性变形 ,用BP神经网络方法对轧后带材板形进行模式识别 ,将三者联立 ,对 90 0mmHC轧机板形板凸度控制特性进行了计算机模拟。结果表明 :HC轧机控制二次板形能力很强 ,对四次及更高次板形控制能力较弱 ;中间辊横移和工作辊弯辊对板形板凸度的控制需要相互配合。The computer simulation of shape and profile control characteristics of 900mmHC mill was carried out by using the third power spline streamline strip element method to analyze the three-dimensional plastic deformations of the strip, by using the influencing coefficient method to analyze the elastic deformations of rolls and by using the BP neural network method to recognize the rolled strip shape patterns. The simulation results indicate that in the HC mill, it has very capable to control the shape quadratic deviations and less capable to control the forth deviations and high power shapes, the middle roll positions and the work roll bending forces need to coordinate each other during controlling the shape and profile of rolled strip. The rolled strip profile should be controlled especially at the begin passes.
