摘 要:在盛花期和青荚期各用不同的化学药剂对甘蓝型黄籽油菜进行处理 ,通过测定其主要品质指标的变化 ,研究了各种供试药剂对甘蓝型黄籽油菜粒色等主要品质性状的影响。结果发现 ,增克素、乙烯利、赤霉素、萘乙酸等植物外源活性物质可促进种皮色素的合成 ,从而使黄籽油菜种皮颜色加深 ;这些化学药剂可不同程度地提高种子含油量 ,打破了蛋白质含量和含油量之间的负相关关系 ,可使二者含量之和显著提高。To study the effects of chemical substances on seed color and other related quality characters, the yellow-seeded rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) was treated with different substances in green-ripe stage. The results are as (follows): the plant growth regulators and the plant exogenous hormones, such as zengkesu, ethephon, gibberellin (GA) and (naphthaleneacetic) acid (NAA) could contribute to the synthesis of the pigments in seed coat, which lead to deepening seed (color). All plant growth regulators and plant exogenous hormones in the experiment could improve the oil content of yellow-seeded rapeseed in varying degrees, with etherphon being the most remarkable. The negative correlation between the protein and the oil content of embryo in yellow-seeded rapeseed was never existing after taking appropriate treatments of plant growth regulators or plant exogenous hormones, so the sum of the protein and the oil in seed could also be (increased) significantly.
