摘　　要：随着网络经济的发展，具有独特的运作方式和多种运行模式的企业虚拟化运营对传统生产模式产生了巨大冲击，在优化资源配置中的作用也越来越大，已成为企业参与全球经济竞争的重要方式。中国面对新世纪企业虚拟化运营的发展态势以及“世界工厂”的机遇与挑战，也应有相应的对策和思路。With the development of the network economy, traditional production mode has been great impacted by the virtual management of the enterprise. The virtual management of the enterprise which has particular and substantial operation patterns is playing more and more important role in the optimization of resource installation, it has been an significant method for all countries enterprises taking part in economy competition. China, in the new century, faced with the situation of the virtual management of the enterprise and the opportunity and challenge brought by the World Factory should have its counterplan accordingly.
