摘　　要：诱惑侦查是侦查赂贿案件行之有效的手段。在适用诱惑侦查时,其范围应严格限定于有证据证明的严重受贿行为,其对象应是很可能因同一事件或其他事件继续受贿的犯罪嫌疑人,其证据条件则是缺少相关物证书证或"第三方证据"。可以从人、物和环境三方面来设置侦查诱饵,由此设计行动方案、创造侦查条件、确定合理行贿理由、实施贿赂交易、荻取监控证据。从而,利用诱惑侦查之结果,通过监听、搜查、调查和审讯等秘密的或公开的侦查措施,全面查清侦查对象的受贿事实。Police entrapment is an applicably investigative method. In application of police entrapment, the scope should be strictly limited within evidentially serious bribery crime, and the object should be suspect who continuously bribes for the same thing or other things, and the evidential condition could only be short of relatively physical evidence and writing evidence or' the third square evidence'. It is probable to design investigative entrapment from such angles as person,physical object,and environment;and continuously to establish activity project,create investigative condition, make certain of reasonable cause for bribery, execute the bribery bargain, and obtain surveillance evidence. On this basis, we may make use of the results of police entrapment, and completely find out the bribery facts by means of secret or open investigations such as surveillance, search, investigation, and interrogation.
