摘　　要：故障反馈信息能全面反映汽车的实际使用状况,主要来源于汽车制造企业的售后服务网点。利用故障信息完全可以对汽车进行可靠性评价。该方法的关键是故障信息子样的确定,提出了以首保信息为依据确定子样的新方法。并以某一国产轿车的故障反馈信息为实例进行了可靠性分析,得出了整车的故障里程分布规律,计算了相关的可靠性指标,并与该车可靠性行驶试验评价结果进行了对比验证。The feedback failure information, mainly come from after- service webs of automobile manufacture, can reflect the practical situation of automobile. The automotive reliability analysis method based on failure information is discussed in this paper, as the key factor of which, a new access, using the first- maintenance information to ascertain the sample of failure information is put forward. According to this method, the reliability of a kind of native car is analyzed, and the law of failure distribution and the reliability evaluating values are obtained. Compared with the reliability testing, the result is validated.
