音乐疗法对精神分裂症偏执型的康复作用

摘　　要：本文以社会功能残疾评定量表和阳性症状量表评定,用音乐疗法对73例精神分裂症偏执型病人进行前瞻性自身对照研究后发现:音乐疗法能提高病人的运动速度、活动量、会话能力、社会性退缩以及周围兴趣等社会功能。对减轻或消除幻觉、妄想等阳性精神症状有辅助治疗作用。音乐疗法无明显副反应,是一种受病人欢迎的精神科康复措施。Severty-three paranoid schizophrenic inpatients were treated with musicotherapy combined with psychotropic drugs. The disability assessment schedule (DAS) and the schedule for assessment of positive symptoms (SAPS) were evaluated. The results indicated that musicotherapy is reliable for all patienfs, and beneficial for increasing motor activity, improving active social contact and ability to conversation as well as reduction of florid symptoms, such as hallucinations and delusions. There were no side effects during and after the treatment.
