摘　　要：针对知识经济时代给图书馆的社会地位与图书馆员单一的知识结构与落后的工作技能所带来的挑战,从管理与服务两个方面提出了应对的措施,包括加强管理,提高素质,改进服务,提升地位,处理好学习与制度、管理服务与工作环境的关系。In the light of the challenges of the knowledge economy times on the social position of the library, the single knowledge structure and the backward working skills of the librarians, this paper puts forward some corresponding measures from aspects of the management and the service including strengthening the management, increasing the quality, improving the service, lifting the position, treating well the relations between the learning and the system, the management service and the working environment.
